How do I make the background of a picture black? – How To Film Yourself With A Phone

Go out to your local hardware store and ask them what they can buy in black for the cheap. Then go up to the counter and ask them to make it black. After all your hardware has been washed, it will be ready to go.

Do you have a Blacklight photo booth?

What’s the big deal about it? I want to know how it works – can you see it, and have you guys built one on the big screen? What’s the problem with having it only on the Internet?

Is the technology as simple as it sounds? Can you just take a picture of the thing you want on paper and cut it out in the light? Sure sounds crazy, isn’t it?

Well, yes and no. I mean, I know it works, it’s just not nearly as cool.

You see, this is what makes Blacklight special.

We call it the “camera light” because it uses the screen as a reflector to focus, and the white light as the sensor. If the person behind the camera is shooting a black picture, the image will appear black, simply because the screen/sensor is black. So the image will not appear to float around the screen. Also, if you look at an actual Blacklight picture taken over a black background with light, you will notice that the screen appears blue in the middle of the picture.

What makes Blacklight special – and what makes it special for photography, is that you don’t need to be in a frame, you only need to look at the photo and the screen will do the rest. It’s like a blackbox (black box for photography) that you don’t even need a camera to operate. There’s an internal “phone” that’s used to hold it all, or you can simply hold the device in a hand, such as you would use to take a picture.

As I mentioned, you do need a screen, and that’s where Blacklight really shines.

Why is the screen black?

Before going into the hardware, let’s get into the basics.

What’s the Blacklight like?

We’ve all seen a Blacklight before, and there’s a good chance you have, as Blacklight is a popular brand. Blacklight is a camera light, but on a more basic level it’s just a small box that houses your image sensor. In one of our Blacklight pictures here, we have taken a picture
