What the Bible says about divorce? – Tribal Shoulder Tattoo Designs For Men Arms Up

In the early days of the Church, divorce was not a matter of concern, the Church simply believed in marriage being indissoluble and the family being the nucleus of the human community and community of faith (see D&C 58). Today, a modern Christian understands the words of the Lord Jesus to mean, “For it is the last time, and for the end” which is why marriage is not dissolved because it isn’t the only place for children to grow up and grow in confidence in the Lord’s heart. Divorce is something the Spirit brings to this Earth in each of our marriages.

The Bible is clear that God’s love for his children includes all who live under His dominion, including divorce (see Leviticus 18:2-10). In fact, God would “excommunicate those whom He hath given to the devil for to hearken unto them.” (see Leviticus 18:8). This is precisely what God said in His Word when he said this:

“I, the Lord, your God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate Me, and showing love to thousands of them that love Me, and keep My commandments.

But I will show you a new heaven and a new earth; for THE CHURCH OF JESUS IS SET UP THERE. (Matthew 6:25)

For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited Me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you visited me in my illnesses. Then I glorified you on the earth; I called upon the name of the Lord and His name was praised among the nations.

There is no other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. For there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.” (Rev. 20:12-13)

And in the Book of Mormon:

“For behold, I will reveal unto you a new and an everlasting covenant, to be an everlasting covenant unto you and to your children after you; and it is a covenant which shall not be broken, nor impaired, neither made any longer, but it is decreed to be for an everlasting covenant, to be a holy law unto you and to your children after you, forever and ever.
