A woman and her baby, rescued from a river in Kenya after a boat sank with their father in it, have been reunited by rescuers after a day without food.
Toby Jones, 41, the child’s aunt and the mother of the couple, said her aunt’s husband survived for two days after he started vomiting and was thrown away after a long day of fishing on Monday in the River Tana.
