I’d have to go back 20+ years and see if you could find me a more obscure tattoo, or someone with a tattoo that was not covered with any pigment. If not, I can’t really guess. On the other hand, I’ve seen people in their 80s having their neck tattoos covered with ink. I’m guessing this isn’t too common though. In general, I find it quite enjoyable to paint on and paint off, as it takes away a LOT of the temptation and fear of scratching you.
My favourite part so far is the “I love you, you love me” part. I think it adds a nice touch.
The tattoos on me are more of an indicator that I’m serious, in an “okay” way. I think most people have to learn to enjoy and look after themselves, to not take themselves so seriously, and not to be so vain about their appearance, that it becomes their downfall and their end up in medical treatment. The good thing about that is, it gives me the freedom to go ahead and enjoy my body, without worrying about looks or fame. As for my tattoos, I hope they are appreciated, because without that, I just don’t feel like a person.

The aim of this study was to compare body composition and bone mineral density of healthy young and older adults who participated in a weight-control intervention for 2 wk.
Eight healthy male participants with a body mass index of 25.1 to 34.4 kg/m(2) aged 18-36 y were randomly selected from 2 studies. The study included a weight-loss program consisting of 8 weight-loss sessions for 2 wk. Body composition and bone mineral density were measured, and energy intake and activity during the weight-loss sessions were evaluated. The weight-loss intervention was conducted on the basis of a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial.
During the 16-wk intervention period, the mean weight loss in all subjects was approximately 15 kg (range: -2 to 52 kg); the difference between the groups, the difference between the means for fat loss (-1.1 ± 5.3 kg; range: -2 to 6.7 kg; P = 0.007) and muscle size (-0.5 ± 3.3 cm; range: -0.4 to 2.6 cm; P = 0.006) was of
